What can be better then light salmon dinner in that hot wether…? Salmon topped with pineapple and mango salsa… That dish reminds me of vacation in tropics, specially with bottle of ice cold beer…

You need: Salmon steak skin on, salt, pepper, olive oil, rosemary, lemon, good dry white wine.

Rince salmon and dry it. Salt and oil it. Sir it for 1min on very hot pan on each side. Add white wine and rosemary, and put it into the oven for 350F for 5-8 min until done. I like pepper my food after, it gives more aroma and doesn’t give bitter taste from burned pepper. Top salmon with salsa and enjoy…

As a side dish you can have anything, from blanched green beans to mash potatoes …
