Asian chicken wings

Who does not like sweet and spicy chicken wings? Specially baked at home for a little amount of time. These sticky, tangy wings won’t leave you unconcerned.

you need:

  1. 20-25 chicken wings
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tsp kosher salt
  4. 1tsp black pepper

for sauce:

  1. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  2. 1 tbsp honey
  3. 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  4. 1 tsp chili paste
  5. 1tsp fresh grind ginger
  6. 2 tsp grind  garlic

1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish 

Preheat oven for 400F. In a bowl mix wings( try to pull them from fridge at least an hour before), olive oil, salt, pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet on a short distance from each other.  Bake till skin crisp, golden brown and wings fully cooked. In a bowl mix all sauce ingredients . Transfer wings to the sauce, mix well and put them back on a baking sheet. Bake additional 5-7 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Crispy, fall off the bone meat. Enjoy and make 2 batches…)
