Shishito peppers Japanese style

Perfect appetizer. So easy to make. First time I tried it when i went to Malibu and my friend Katya invited me to Japanese restaurant called Nobu. So when she ordered that appetizer I thought that is some kind of mushrooms… And when  I tried it I immediately decided to replicate it. It is just delicious…

You need:

  1. 1 pint of shishito peppers
  2. pinch of black salt (you may use any flaky salt)
  3. 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce  

Grill peppers until they get soft and slightly charred. Place them on serving dish, drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with salt. Vu a la! Enjoy it immediately…
